Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference of colors will not be provided.
Please note that the product can’t be replaced or returned if there is a size issue as we work on print on demand basis, To prevent this from happening please use the size chart provided on the product page.
What to do in case damaged product is received?
In case you have received a damaged product refund or replacement will be provided in a span of 14 days please contact via E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer has to attach a video or an image explaining the issue, our support team will get back to you.
In order to claim for a refund or replacement of a damaged product, the customer needs to attach an unboxing video of the package received by them.
NOTE: To request a refund or replacement on a damaged product, you need to contact us within one week from the date of delivery.
What to do in case of Phone case fitting issues?
In case there is a fitting issues with your phone case the customer has to attach a video or an image explaining the issue and send it on our E-mail email@example.com, our support team will get back to you.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?
No. These are one-time charges and are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be canceled within 8 hours from placing the order, you can contact to us on E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, our support team will get back to you.
In such cases, the order will be canceled and the refund will be initiated in 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request if your order was already paid for (prepaid).
Return To Origin (RTO)
In case the package has returned to origin the customer has to pay the shipping amount again and as well as the RTO charges.
